Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of DiagLift. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
What DiagLift is
DiagLift is an AI-assisted diagnostic tool for forklift and material handling equipment technicians. It's designed to help guide troubleshooting based on described symptoms and fault codes.
DiagLift provides diagnostic guidance and suggestions only. It is not a substitute for manufacturer service manuals, professional judgment, or required safety procedures. Working on forklifts and material handling equipment carries real physical risk. You are responsible for following proper lockout/tagout procedures, manufacturer specifications, and all applicable safety regulations regardless of what DiagLift suggests. DiagLift and its operators are not liable for injury, equipment damage, or losses resulting from actions taken based on its output.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid access to DiagLift is billed at $59.99/month unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
- Free and test accounts may be granted at our discretion and can be modified or revoked at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying system beyond normal product use.
- Use DiagLift for anything unlawful or to cause harm.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Beta and test accounts
DiagLift may be under active development. Test/beta accounts are provided for feedback purposes; functionality, accuracy, and availability during this period are not guaranteed.
Disclaimer of warranty
DiagLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiagLift and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including equipment damage or personal injury.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
